Ethographic Museum in Brasov
The City of Brasov is a very important business centre in Romania and the second tourism hub of the country.
Driven by a strong will to preserve its heritage, the City mandated GAIA-heritage through the UNDP to conceive and prepare an Ethnographic Museum. GAIA has been working on this project since 2007 in collaboration with CREATIME, a specialised society is scenography and museology.
Located in a historical monument on the Central Square, just in front of the Town Hall, this museum was planned within a broader a strategy that aimed to rehabilitate and revitalise Brasov’s city centre.
