Ecomuseum in the Judet of Sibiu

In partnership with the Astra Museum and with several villages of Transylvania, GAIA-Heritage has worked for the creation of an ecomuseum. The purpose of this ecomuseum is to valorise the region of Sibiu, its heritage, its customs and know-how whilst protecting them. The ecomuseum is spread over seven villages and proposes different activities, including trails, to discover Transylvania and its inhabitants. A museum shop that sells regional products was opened in the town of Sibiu.
