Contemporary Art Center in Granada

The real-estate company « Construcciones Avila-Rojas » has contracted GAIA-heritage to conceive the transformation of a large 19th century sugar plant into a contemporary art centre, design the related cultural and commercial activities and act as client representative for the implementation of the project. We have studied its functioning, costs and resources and suggested the creation of leisure activities related to art as a means to fund the art centre.
